TEAMETRiQ ("we", "us", "our") is a sports analytics platform providing match analysis, player reporting, and team management tools to coaches, clubs, and players. Our service is available at teametriq.com.

• Account data: name, email address, and password (encrypted) when you register
• Team and player data: player names, positions, squad numbers, and performance statistics entered by coaches
• Match data: statistics, event logs, and analysis data you create within the platform
• Payment data: billing information processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details directly
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and session activity for platform improvement purposes
• Communications: any correspondence you send us via email or support channels
• Uploaded images: player photos and match images uploaded for use in reports and highlight cards

We use your personal data to:

• Provide and maintain the TEAMETRiQ platform and your account
• Process subscription payments and manage billing

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains available should you return. If you request account deletion, we will permanently delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (such as financial records, which are retained for 7 years in accordance with HMRC requirements).

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

For junior players whose data is entered by a coach, the coach or club is responsible for ensuring appropriate consent has been obtained.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
