TEAMETRiQ is a sports analytics platform ("the Service") that provides match analysis, player performance reporting, and team management tools. The Service is operated by TEAMETRiQ ("we", "us", "our"), a UK-based business.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe to TEAMETRiQ. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Coaches may invite players who are under 18 to access their own player data, but the coach or club takes responsibility for ensuring appropriate consent has been obtained from players and their guardians where required.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@teametriq.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
TEAMETRiQ operates on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees. There are no minimum contract terms. Your data will remain securely stored for a reasonable period after cancellation should you wish to resubscribe. You may request full account and data deletion at any time by contacting support@teametriq.com.
You agree to use TEAMETRiQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
You retain ownership of all data, statistics, and content you upload or create within TEAMETRiQ. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that any player data you enter — including data relating to minors — is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and that appropriate consents have been obtained.
TEAMETRiQ, its logo, platform design, and all associated software are the intellectual property of TEAMETRiQ. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service at any time. We will endeavour to provide notice of significant planned outages where possible. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TEAMETRiQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data outputs, or results obtained from use of the Service. Performance analysis outputs are tools to assist coaching decisions — they do not constitute professional sporting advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after that notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
